Employee Injury Reporting

As a general rule, all work related injuries should be reported to your employer as soon as possible.

This means that if you are injured at work or while performing work related duties, you must report the injury to your immediate supervisor or member of management as soon as possible.

They will in turn, direct you for initial medical treatment if needed.

If medical treatment is necessary, treatment must be provided by a company authorized medical provider.  Unauthorized medical treatment may not be paid for by workers’ compensation insurance.
